Available origins: European Union, India, Africa and New Zealand, subject to producer approval, seasonal availability, destination eligibility and the buyer’s required specification.

The producer, manufacturing establishment, specification and supporting certificates are confirmed for each offer. Final contractual quality is governed by the agreed specification and shipment-specific Certificate of Analysis.

Minimum order: Normally 1 full container load; approximately 21 MT in a 20 ft container or 25 MT in a 40 ft container.

Available delivery terms:

• EXW – collection from the nominated producer or warehouse; the buyer arranges export clearance, freight and insurance unless otherwise agreed.

• FOB – delivery on board the nominated vessel at the agreed port of loading, with export clearance completed by the seller.

• CIF – ocean freight and marine cargo insurance arranged to the named destination port.

Pricing: Quoted on request against confirmed origin, grade or heat classification, quantity, packaging, loading point, destination port and shipment window.

Inspection: Independent quantity and quality inspection can be arranged at the loading point where requested.

Payment terms, lead time, shipment schedule, offer validity and operational tolerances are confirmed in the formal quotation and sales contract.

Standard export packing: 25 kg net multi-wall paper bags with a food-grade polyethylene inner liner.

Typical container loading:

• 20 ft container: approximately 21 MT (840 × 25 kg bags)

• 40 ft container: approximately 25 MT (1,000 × 25 kg bags)

Alternative packing, palletisation and gas-flushed bags may be offered subject to origin, producer capability and order volume.

Store unopened bags in a cool, dark and dry place, preferably below 25°C, away from direct sunlight, moisture, pests and strong odours. Standard shelf life is typically 12–18 months; up to 24 months may be available for suitable gas-flushed packing, subject to the producer’s specification.
