Built for International Fuel-Ethanol Trade
Neshes Global connects fuel distributors, terminals, refiners and oil-marketing companies with qualified anhydrous ethanol supply, contract-specific quality controls and coordinated international logistics.

Qualified Origination
We evaluate fuel ethanol supply according to origin, producer capability, feedstock, applicable standard, available quantity, loading programme and destination requirements. Each supply option is assessed before being presented to a qualified buyer.

Flexible Delivery Terms
We can structure transactions on FOB, CFR or CIF terms, subject to origin, cargo size, route availability and buyer requirements. Delivery planning is coordinated around the agreed Incoterm, inspection point, documentation and receiving terminal.

Market-Aligned Offers
Ethanol pricing can move with feedstock values, regional supply, freight, FX and blending demand. Our offers are issued on a time-bound basis and reflect the specific origin, quantity, delivery route, specification and commercial structure.

Compliance-Led Transactions
Every enquiry is subject to buyer qualification, KYC, sanctions screening and transaction review. This protects both parties and ensures that supply is progressed only where the buyer, destination and payment structure are commercially workable.

Trade Finance Assistance
Where suitable, we can work with approved payment structures including bank instruments, documentary payment terms or other agreed trade-finance arrangements. Final payment terms remain subject to seller approval, compliance review and contract.

Inspection & Documentation
Quality and quantity can be verified by an independent inspection company at the contractually agreed point. Supporting documents may include Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Quantity, Certificate of Origin, Safety Data Sheet and shipping documents.
Global Logistics for Fuel Ethanol

From Approved Supply Point to Destination Terminal
Ethanol logistics require appropriate equipment, safety procedures, cargo compatibility checks and strict documentary control. Neshes Global coordinates with experienced logistics providers, inspection companies and terminal operators to structure movements according to the agreed Incoterm and delivery programme.

A Structured Route from Enquiry to Delivery
How We Work
Each ethanol transaction follows a controlled process: buyer qualification, KYC and sanctions screening, specification review, supply validation, formal offer, contract, inspection, documentation and delivery. Terms are aligned with ASTM D4806, EN 15376 or buyer-approved requirements, the agreed Incoterm and destination regulations.
Product Documentation & COA
Fuel-grade denatured ethanol is supplied against an agreed contractual specification, with quality parameters verified through a Certificate of Analysis issued for the relevant batch or cargo.
The COA may confirm key characteristics such as ethanol content, water content, appearance, acidity, methanol, denaturant level, inorganic chloride, sulphur, copper, pHe, conductivity and other parameters required by the applicable standard or buyer-approved specification.
Final limits, test methods and acceptance criteria are confirmed in the sales contract and may vary by origin, destination regulation, feedstock, denaturant requirement and buyer specification.

Commercial Terms
Neshes Global structures fuel-grade denatured ethanol supply according to the buyer’s required specification, destination, delivery window, volume and receiving capability.
Commercial terms are confirmed on a transaction-by-transaction basis and may include FOB, CFR or CIF delivery, subject to origin availability, cargo size, route feasibility, port restrictions and final seller approval.
Product is supplied as bulk liquid and may be moved by chemical tanker, parcel tanker, isotank or other contractually approved equipment. Final delivery structure, inspection point, documentation and payment terms are confirmed only in the formal offer or sales contract.
Delivery Terms
Fuel ethanol can be offered on FOB, CFR or CIF terms, depending on the origin, cargo size, buyer requirement and logistics route. Delivery is coordinated to the agreed loading point, destination port or receiving terminal in accordance with the applicable Incoterm and contract.
Packaging and Transport
Fuel-grade denatured ethanol is normally supplied as bulk liquid. Depending on the transaction, movement may be arranged by chemical tanker, parcel tanker, isotank or approved bulk-liquid equipment. The final transport method depends on volume, route availability, port rules and receiving capability.
Quality and Inspection
Quality and quantity may be verified by an independent inspection company at the contractually agreed point. The Certificate of Analysis, inspection report and shipment documentation are issued according to the agreed specification, origin and delivery structure.
Commercial Conditions
Pricing, offer validity, payment structure, lead time, documentation and sustainability requirements are confirmed for each qualified enquiry. No price, allocation or delivery commitment is binding unless stated in a formal written offer or executed sales contract.
Commercial Supply Procedure
Our transaction process for fuel-grade denatured ethanol is structured around buyer qualification, specification review, compliance checks, commercial offer, contract execution, inspection, documentation and delivery.
Detailed procedures are available for FOB, CFR and CIF transactions, depending on the agreed origin, cargo size, destination, logistics route and payment structure. Each procedure outlines the required steps, documents, inspection point, quality confirmation and delivery responsibilities for the selected Incoterm.
All procedures remain subject to product availability, satisfactory KYC and compliance review, seller approval, mutually agreed contract terms and final written confirmation.
