To maintain secure, compliant and transparent international trade relationships, all new customers are required to complete Neshes Global's customer registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process before commencing a transaction. Depending on the nature, value and jurisdiction of the proposed trade, we may request company registration documents, ownership and authorised signatory information, business and trade references, banking details, proof of address and other supporting documentation required for KYC, AML, sanctions and counterparty due diligence.

Customer onboarding is subject to satisfactory completion of our internal compliance checks and, where applicable, verification by third-party compliance providers. Standard applications are generally reviewed within 1–3 business days after receipt of complete documentation; enhanced due diligence or applications involving certain jurisdictions, ownership structures or higher-risk transactions may require additional time. Submission of a registration or KYC application does not constitute approval, create a contractual relationship, guarantee credit or payment terms, or oblige Neshes Global to enter into any transaction. We reserve the right to request additional information or decline onboarding where our compliance requirements cannot be satisfactorily met.
