Final contractual specification is confirmed against the shipment Certificate of Analysis (COA). Buyer-specific parameters may be agreed before contract.

Commercial terms:

MOQ: Minimum order quantity 1 x 40ft container / 21 MT

Incoterms: FOB, CIF, CFR, and independent inspection by SGS for quality and quantity at the loading port.

Shipping documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Analysis, Fumigation Certificate, Bill of Lading.

Indicative lead time: 10-21 days from cleared deposit.

Packaging: 25 KG Bags, The line is supplied to spice processing and blending; food manufacturing; nutraceutical and oleoresin extraction; retail packing.

Storage: Cool, dry, dark storage below 25C; keep away from moisture, direct sunlight and strong odours.

Handling: Volatile oil content degrades with heat and light exposure.

Do not co-load with aromatic or contaminating cargo. Steam sterilisation available on request where destination microbiology limits apply.

Submit a Request for Quote stating required quantity in metric tonnes or containers, preferred packaging, destination port, required Incoterm, target delivery window, inspection requirement and preferred payment method. Neshes Global will revert with an indicative offer, and on acceptance will issue a sales contract and proforma invoice from the appointed supplier. Quotations are valid for the stated acceptance window only; prices move with the underlying market.
